Jacquelyn Hughes

Born and raised in Montana, I am dedicated to serving Montanans. Upon graduating from law school, I worked for a civil defense firm. I represented numerous corporations in defending against personal injury claims. Those years of experience gave me a unique understanding of what we'll be up against in pursuing your claim.

With the knowledge and experience gained in working for large corporations, I opened Hughes Law in 2010.

I've taken numerous cases to trial in a variety of different areas of law. From the initial investigation, through pre-trial discovery, trial and appeals, I have been involved in every aspect of the litigation process. I've represented individuals, small companies, and Fortune 500 companies, seeing successful resolutions over and over again.

In 2012, I was licensed in North Dakota and represent a small number of cases in Western North Dakota.
